Well it has been a couple of weeks, but we are still on a massive high since our wedding day and I wanted to get in touch to say thank you for an amazing night! We wanted a party and got that with you - so many of our friends have commented that you were the best band that they have ever seen at a wedding and absolutely everyone had a fantastic time - everything we could have hoped for on our wedding day.

Rich and I loved the fact that you played such a great range of songs as well as some special songs that we wanted and also that you learnt 'Dirty Old Town' for us - it was so much fun on the night! Thanks so much to you all for your professionalism and humour. We will recommend you highly to whoever will listen and I want to say that it has been a pleasure to deal with you from the outset Alan.

Hi Alan,
We have been meaning to drop you a line since you performed at our wedding on may 1st. It is very difficult to choose a band especially when it is for your own wedding as the last thing you want is a complete wash out. We chose you as you were great value for money and you always sounded like you knew what you were talking about when I spoke to you on the phone which put my mind at ease. Anyway on to the night which was absolutley fantastic, we couldn't have asked for any more than we got, you were all spot on and did us very proud.I couldn't believe my luck when you let me play the drums with you, that was a dream come true. All of our guests made comments of how good you were and how much they all enjoyed it, which must have shown as the dance floor was always full. So thanks for a great night, keep up the good work and hopefully we'll see you again.

Sorry I have taken a while to get in touch but it has been a busy month since the wedding. I would just like to say what a great night all of our guests had at our wedding, they all really enjoyed the music and had a good dance. I will say that I was very impressed at the standard that you and the rest of the band work to, the music and play list that you selected was fantastic and kept everyone dancing all night.

As you know some bands can be hit and miss.... but you and the lads came through with flying colours, it was a pleasure to have such a great band at our wedding to entertain us through the evening. As you know you were quite a hit with more than a few of our guests and the compliments have been flying in saying how good you all were, I am more than happy to recommend you and the band for future functions that will be coming up so make sure you stay in touch because I think more business will be coming your way. It was great to meet such a nice group of lads on our wedding day, I hope that you enjoyed the food and drink ( including the desserts that you were hunting for ) All that I can say it was money well spent and I look forward to meeting you all in the future again. Dear Alan,
Graham and I would like to thank you and all of Flashback for your great contribution to the success of our Charity Ball in aid of the Royal Marsden Cancer Hospital (and our Silver Wedding Anniversary and 50th birthdays!) held at Epsom Racecourse last Friday. Everybody said to us how much they had enjoyed themselves and they all said what a fantastic band you are and we echo that. You could see how much everybody enjoyed themselves by the amount of dancing that was going on. You played just the right mix of music that everybody, no matter what their age, could sing along to.

We are expecting to raise between £2,500 and £3,000 for the charity, which we are very pleased with.

I certainly won't hesitate in recommending you to other people and I hope that you get a booking from one of the people who attended. You can quote me on the above if you need to and I will be happy to provide references if needed.

Hi Alan,
We are back from honeymoon and truly into the swing of normal living again. Sorry it's taken a while to thank you and the rest of Flashback for putting on fantastic entertainment at our wedding reception. Our guests still mention the band as one of the highlights of the day! We thought it was great the way you picked up on the mood of the different groups among our guests, teasing them at times (do you ever play Simple Minds 'Don't you forget about me' past the intro?) simply entertaining them at others.

Your impromtu rendition of the theme tune from 'Skippy the Kangaroo' may have been lost on some but it was appreciated by Penny and the other Aussies there - gold! Penny also loved 'What about me?' - she hadn't heard the Moving Pictures for years. It was a really interactive approach you took and fitted the occasion perfectly. I see now why you said the play list usually goes out the window in the first five minutes! We just wish we could have spent as much time on the dance floor as the rest of our friends and family.

Please also thank Zane for his classical guitar playing during our afternoon drinks reception. It was the perfect backdrop to the start of our wedding celebrations.

Good luck with the band. We'd certainly recommend you to family and friends. Hope you found Stoke Park a fitting venue for your enjoyment. We did!

Thank you so much for playing at our wedding at Bearwood College on July 25th. I'm sorry it has taken so long to get in touch, life's got away from us !

Your set was absolutely fantastic, especially how you played in from the end of "Romeo and Juliet", that was so cool !   We had lots of compliments about you & everyone really enjoyed dancing the night away. Zanes classical set was also great, what a talented guy !
